Shipping costs can vary significantly based on your location and the quantity of materials ordered. To ensure you receive the most accurate shipping estimate and save you money, we evaluate the shipping cost after we know the specific details of your needs. If you place your order online, we will assess the shipping cost and contact you before processing your shipment. At that point, you will have the option to either cancel or proceed with your order.

Once you place an order online, it is initially processed based on the list price. You will receive an auto-response email shortly after your order is confirmed. Please note that any applicable discounts will not be reflected in this initial confirmation email. After we fully process your order—typically within one business day—you will receive a second and final email invoice with the subject line “This is Your Invoice.”

This final invoice will detail the total cost of your order, including all materials ordered, shipping and handling fees, and any applicable discounts. You can confirm your order by replying to this email. Most orders will ship within 5 business days from the time you receive the final invoice.

Several factors determine shipping costs, including weight, quantity, shipping container, crating, and destination point. Most orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days, while larger orders may take 5 to 8 business days to ship. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 days for transit time.

Upon shipping, you will receive tracking information. If you ordered large items, such as polycarbonate multiwall sheets, you must contact the shipping company using the information in your tracking email. The tracking details include a “pro shipping number” to identify your order with the shipper. Rest assured that your shipment is insured during transit. Upon its arrival, inspect the shipment for any visible damage.

If you notice any damage to the packaging, examine the contents in front of the delivery driver. Should you find any unacceptable damage, ask the driver to note the details on the delivery invoice and sign it.

It is crucial to inspect your order at the time of delivery. If your order is damaged in any way that is unsatisfactory, you have the option to refuse the shipment. Make sure to sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) as “refused due to damage.” In this case, we will reship the order to you at no cost, provided the BOL is marked “damaged.” If you accept the order despite any damage, you will be responsible for it.

To file a damage claim, you will need a photo of the damaged items and a signed BOL indicating that the product was damaged upon delivery. This procedure is in place for your protection, as you take responsibility for the delivery once you sign for it. If you follow these steps, feel free to contact us, and we will arrange for any missing or replacement parts to be sent to you as quickly and cost-free as possible.

We strive to provide reasonable and competitive shipping prices. For smaller orders, we may be able to ship via UPS; however, most larger orders will necessitate shipping by truck freight. Due to minimum shipping weights established by the trucking industry, truck freight costs will generally start at $300, even for just a few full-size sheets.

For thermal expansion, allow for 1/8″ per 3 feet of length and width for clear and opal panels, and 1/4″ per 4 feet for bronze panels to accommodate temperature differentials of 100°F.

Large sheets of multiwall polycarbonate panels must be packaged and shipped via truck to your location. Shipping costs will vary significantly based on panel size, quantity, and your specific location. As a result, shipping fees are not calculated during online orders.
